She was lovely and personable-  explaining everything in detail. She also gave us the relevant information and helped with the booking. Due to circumstances, the booking could not go through due to no fault of Katherine or Brick, as a result I was no longer renting with Melbourne studios. But she was absolutely lovely in liasing on my behalf with Melbourne Studios and helped me get my holding fee back- (this was an exceptional situation and not the norm). I was impressed with how professional and reassuring she was of my situation despite me choosing to not go ahead with the booking. This is the true test of a good business and its employees- when they are professional and help you even when you will no longer require their services. Recommend!

She was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, taking the time to answer all my questions and accommodate my requests – no matter how small. As a first-time renter, I had a lot of concerns, but she made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. I genuinely appreciated her clear communication and friendly approach.
