I had a really positive experience with Catherine when viewing the studios. They were friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the viewing, taking the time to show me around properly and answer all of my questions. They were knowledgeable about the property and made the whole process feel easy and straightforward. Clive and the Brick Management Team have been brilliant from the start and made the whole process of securing our apartment seamless and stress-free. We love our new place and its perfect for us!

I had the pleasure of meeting Katherine who helped us with a viewing at Melbourne Studios. She was lovely and personable-  explaining everything in detail.

She also gave us the relevant information and helped with the booking. Due to circumstances, the booking could not go through due to no fault of Katherine or Brick, as a result I was no longer renting with Melbourne studios. But she was absolutely lovely in liasing on my behalf with Melbourne Studios and helped me get my holding fee back- (this was an exceptional situation and not the norm).

I was impressed with how professional and reassuring she was of my situation despite me choosing to not go ahead with the booking. This is the true test of a good business and its employees- when they are professional and help you even when you will no longer require their services.
